Services
Falcon Internet provides managed hosting, infrastructure, and development services as described in your service agreement or order. Specific service levels, included features, and pricing are defined per plan or per engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to host or transmit unlawful content, malware, spam, or material that infringes the rights of others, and not to interfere with the integrity of our network or other customers' services. We may suspend services that pose a security or legal risk to the platform, with notice where practical.
Uptime & support
Hosting plans carry a 99.9% uptime guarantee unless otherwise specified in your agreement. Our NOC monitors all managed infrastructure 24x7x365, and service-affecting issues are handled around the clock.
Backups & data
Where managed backups are included, retention schedules are defined per plan. You remain responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data unless your agreement states otherwise. Your data remains yours — on request we will provide it to you in a standard format.
Billing & cancellation
Services bill in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise agreed. You may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't do exit fees, and we will assist with outbound migration on request.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data beyond our backup obligations.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active customers in advance. Continued use of the services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
