Can you back up servers not hosted with you?
Yes — we back up infrastructure at other providers and on-premises to our off-site storage.
How fast is a restore?
Single files: minutes. Full VMs: typically minutes to a couple of hours depending on size. We'll quote realistic numbers for your data set — and test them.
How do you verify backups actually work?
Automated integrity verification on every job, plus periodic test restores. "Backup completed" and "backup restorable" are different claims; we check both.
What retention should we keep?
Depends on your compliance and rollback needs — common patterns are hourly for a day, daily for a month, monthly for a year. We'll design it with you.
